I’ll be there to welcome you in, help you set your focus, and keep things moving at a steady pace.
We begin with a short check-in so you can name what you’re working on, then move into a quiet work block alongside others doing the same, with a timer to keep us grounded and on track.
In longer sessions, there’s a short break to reset, and we finish with a simple wrap-up so you can acknowledge what you’ve done.
Camera is always optional in calls, and we are on mute whilst we work. You can participate as much or as little as you like - everyone is welcome.

A 30min, guided session to start the week strong.

Body doubling simply means working alongside others in real time, each focusing on your own tasks. The sessions are guided, so you’ll be walked through how it works - you can just join and follow along.

There’s a short check-in at the start where you can share what you’re working on, but this is optional. You can also type in the chat if you'd like. You’re free to keep things minimal and just focus on your work - the aim is for sessions to be inclusive and accessible.

You don’t need to attend everything for it to be valuable. Some people come once a week, others more regularly - the space is there when you need it.

All sessions are scheduled in UK time (BST/GMT depending on the time of year). British Summer Time runs from the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October and is GMT+1 hour.
They are timed to be as accessible as possible for members from across Europe and the US.
You can join whichever sessions fit your schedule, and you don’t need to attend them all.
